Raffle Rules
Raffle Items will be located in the Raffle tent by the entrance to the barn
Customers will drop their tickets into containers labeled with the Lot # associated with each item they wish to win.
Customers must be present to win a raffle item.
Raffle Items will be raffled off in segments throughout the night starting at 7 PM
Raffle Times will be listed with each item.
Raffle winning numbers will be announced via PA and listed by item in the Raffle tent.
Unclaimed items will be announced periodically till 10:00 PM
All raffle items must be claimed by 10:00 PM on Friday Night.
Any non-claimed Raffle Items are subject to a final re-drawing at 10:00 PM
All Tickets will be dropped into one bucket for final re-drawing
The winner (s) of the final re-drawing can pick any item remaining.
Additional Rules
Ticket holders are responsible for keeping their tickets safe and legible.
Damaged or illegible tickets may not be accepted.
Winning tickets must match the recorded number exactly.
The winner must initial or sign when they pick up their items.
In case of disputes, the raffle committee’s decision will be final and binding.
